Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we try to be as flexible as possible. However, as a private clinic with limited appointment slots, we ask patients to provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

Cancellation Notice

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient in need of care.

Cancellation Fees

  • More than 24 hours' notice: No charge
  • Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the consultation fee
  • No-show (failure to attend without notice): Full consultation fee

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may be unable to complete the full consultation and may need to rearrange. This will be treated as a late cancellation for fee purposes.

Clinic Cancellations

In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible and aim to rearrange at your earliest convenience. No cancellation fee will be charged in this situation.
